Tracey earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Illinois, Chicago. After graduating, she stayed in Illinois, first working on single- and multi-family housing at a small architecture firm in northern Illinois, and later working in Oak Park, specializing in hospitality and restaurant projects all over the US. She has over 15 years working in the industry and enjoys the technical challenges that architecture can bring.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys watching classic movies, listening to mystery podcasts, and playing video games. She can also be convinced to leave the house sometimes, where she finds herself enjoying walks through wooded areas and sitting out on the deck.
