This project features a pre-engineered metal building addition for prefabricated shop space, along with a reimagined entry that now includes a lounge, conference rooms, and a collaborative workspace. The existing shop was upgraded with a second-floor storage area and expanded first-floor office space. New windows bring natural light into the tilt-up concrete structure, and an outdoor patio space was added to serve both the shop and office areas, enhancing comfort and usability.
