The new headquarters for Shawano Municipal Utilities, the power company for the greater Shawano area, is a dynamic space featuring modern offices and a versatile garage. The office area includes a welcoming waiting area, a vendor interface room, customer kiosks, a conference room, a training room, eleven offices, and a break room. The garage is equipped with a break/squad area for line staff, a warehouse, tool storage, and 16 vehicle bays.
This state-of-the-art facility boasts sustainable features such as in-floor hydronic radiant heat with geothermal heating and cooling in the offices, solar PV panels, and bike racks. Built to LEED® Silver standards, the project is on track for certification, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
